Move from content to interface with your web designer
When a visitor comes to your site, they should understand what you offer, why they can trust you, and how to proceed. Instead of using the same layout on corporate promotion, e-commerce and campaign pages, I take the task of the page as basis.
Creating a new site and renewing an existing site are different starting points. In the current project, there are contents, page addresses and functioning sections to be protected. What do we solve at the beginning of a web design project?
We determine why the visitor came, what information he is looking for, and what you want him to do in the end. Requesting a quote, product review, and booking are different flows. Instead of adding the same size button to each section, we clarify the main task of the page.
Proceeding with visual design alone when the content is not ready creates revision. We determine who is responsible for titles, service descriptions, photographs and references. Keeping missing content in a visible list allows design and publication date to be managed separately.

I plan the transitions between the main menu, page groups and sections. We establish a path through which the user can communicate from the service to the corresponding instance. We present important information with clear links within the page, rather than hiding it in drop-down menus.
Mobile and desktop interfaces
Text density, image proportions, form fields and menu behavior are re-evaluated on small screens. Minimizing the desktop design alone is not mobile compatibility. Different content lengths and interaction situations are also addressed in the design file.
Transfer to developer
Components, screens, spacing and typography decisions are delivered clearly. The design file is not a working website. Coding, content entry, domain name and publishing responsibilities are written separately. We can discuss delivery details with your current developer or the team designated for the project.
Which parts of the old site should be preserved in the renovation?
Service pages, existing connections, and tasks users are accustomed to should be reviewed. If the URL needs to be moved while the design changes, a redirect list needs to be prepared. We include this list in the scope of work to be shared with the software team; We don't assume that all technical SEO issues are solved by simply changing the appearance.
Readable content hierarchy and understandable links for search engines are part of the design. Ranking depends on content, technical implementation and other factors. I do not guarantee first place or specific traffic for a design work.
How do we discuss freelance web design prices?
The number of different templates, custom forms, product lists and the status of existing content are as important as the number of pages. A corporate promotion site and a product that includes membership and payment flow are not the same scope. Seeing design and development proposals as separate items makes comparison easier.
In your first message, share the current address, the sections you want to change and the target publication date. If only a landing page design is required, we can proceed without renewing the entire site.
Design decisions that should not be lost in publication
It is also necessary to describe how a card appearing in the design file will behave with a long title, missing image or on the mobile screen. However, a screen prepared with ideal content does not explain the situations that arise in practice.

Can you design just my homepage?
Yes. A separate scope can be created by evaluating the compatibility of the home page with existing sub-pages and brand language. If the problem is in the entire navigation structure, I indicate this at the beginning.
Can we work with my existing web software?
We plan the design by learning the component and content constraints of the infrastructure from your developer. It is not assumed that every design can be developed smoothly without knowing the application limits.
Does web design include SEO service?
Heading hierarchy, content layout, and usability of links are addressed in the design. The scope of technical implementation, measurement and ongoing SEO work is also determined; Design alone is no guarantee of ranking.
Do you also design e-commerce site interfaces?
Yes. Category, product, basket and purchasing flows can be planned as separate scopes. Payment infrastructure, stock and shipping integrations are not an automatic part of the design file.
Can I give the files to my developer when the project is finished?
Design files and component rules are shared within the agreed scope of delivery. We discuss the need for a clarification meeting and application control with the developer at the proposal stage.
