Separate physical office from local need

At the end of the meeting, the brand name, usage surfaces, target audience and delivery list should be collected in the same document. A topic that seems to be understood verbally may be interpreted differently later. Identify the main decision maker and who will incorporate feedback.

Let the owner of the file be known after delivery
Keep master file, preview and production output in separate folders. It should be explained which file will be sent to the local sign maker or printing house.
