When hiring a freelance product designer in Turkey, location is one practical consideration; the more important question is how the designer will help your team make product decisions. For an MVP or SaaS interface, agree on the user, the task and the uncertainty to resolve before listing features.

Choose the smallest useful journey

A small scope is not simply fewer screens. It is a coherent journey that lets a specific user complete a useful task. For example, an internal tool may initially support reviewing and approving a request rather than every administrative workflow. Describe the start and end of that journey and the information needed along the way.

Use prototypes for the right questions

A clickable prototype can help people discuss navigation, wording and expectations. It does not prove that the backend works, the data is reliable or the system will scale. Document which questions were explored and which still require engineering or operational validation. Avoid treating a successful demonstration as a complete product launch.
